Drops in Maw of Lorkhaj in trash mobs or bosses - jewellery is dropped at the end from the chest or coffers

Blue will drop on normal, with a chance of purple jewellery.  Purple will drop on Vet with a chance of Gold jewellery. Also can drop in weekly rewards mail
